Cooking Has Never Been This Easy Before!

Do not forget to add salt to water for making pasta. This way, the flavor is able to fully permeate the pasta. Salting after boiling your pasta will not give the same effect of absorption.

To make pasta sauce even more delicious, save some of the water you boiled the pasta in. Reserve a small quarter cup portion of the water you cook the pasta in after you cook it. When the time comes to add the sauce to the pasta, add this water as well. The starch from the pasta water will add body and a “creaminess” to your sauce through amalgamation.
